• Manage/ confirm orders through chat.
• Engage customers by adding your own charming personality to each call, build rapport by understanding their needs and offering value added solutions that will drive brand loyalty and advocacy for us.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Inform clients of current deals, offers and promotions
• Records customers purchase, take payments, and issue receipts
