Drafter & Pengawas Interior FF&E

As a Drafter and Fit Out Supervisor, you will primarily focus on creating 2D drawings in AutoCAD, ensuring accurate technical documentation for furniture installation and interior construction. You’ll also oversee weekly operations on-site, working closely with contractors to ensure the execution of designs according to plans. Your role is key in managing the installation process, ensuring the quality standards and alignment with our design vision. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a drafter, preferably in the interior design & furniture industry.
• Proficient in drafter related software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, SolidWorks.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Preferably domiciled in Bali.

• Create precise technical drawings derived from meticulously adjusted 3D renderings tailored to the site's dimensions and requirements. 
• Modify engineering drawings according to construction and quality standards.
• Good understanding of furniture design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Complete work progress according to deadlines.
• Act as a site supervisor to go to construction sites before and during construction to understand site requirements and changes, ensuring work complies with laws and regulations.
