ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles the end-to-end process of asset movements compliance and reportorial under PEZA and BOI
- Assist in the preparation of supporting documents for LGU, BOI, PEZA and other government agencies for requirements’ processing and filing
- Monitors all regulatory agencies digital files and documents up-to-date recording
- Liaise with all regulatory agencies for compliance transactions when needed.
- Maintain and organize records of all regulatory and tax-related documents, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinates and reconciles asset movements and listings between finance and ITAM team
- Such other compliance requirements and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Required:
- Graduate of bachelor 3-4 years
- Experience of LGU, PEZA, BOI, BIR regulatory, another IPA industry
- Has compliance BPO industry experience
- Working knowledge on BIR tax filing i.e. eFPS, ORUS, EWT, QAP and SLSP
- Extensive proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
