Job Title: FinOps, Governance and Compliance Business Analyst
Job Overview: FinOps, Governance and Compliance Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective governance, compliance, and operational health of cloud-based products and systems. This role involves documenting policies, gathering business requirements, creating visibility through reporting, and driving organizational change in alignment with approved policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Cloud, Operations, and Security product teams to:
Document product policies and procedures in clear, business-friendly terms.
Translate approved policies into specific business requirements for implementation by the Governance engineering team.
Develop reporting mechanisms to:
Monitor application health and identify exceptions to approved policies.
Provide actionable insights and drive remediation plans with defined timelines for product teams.
Design and execute communication and training plans to ensure:
Effective use of dashboards, tools, and resources by the Tech and Engineering team.
Awareness and understanding of governance protocols across the organization.
Support the Organizational Change Governance Program by:
Enhancing governance processes for regular organizational changes.
Ensuring accuracy, currency, and proper communication of data used for accountability and responsibility.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
Certifications: AZ900 - Azure Fundamentals, Azure Kubernetes, GCP Fundamentals.
Technical Skills: Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Python scripting, Shell scripting.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and actionable.
