Travel and Hospitality Services Manager
The Travel and Hospitality Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing travel operations, including visa processing, flight and hotel bookings, and corporate travel management. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth by expanding travel and visa services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in travel management, client relations, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including visa applications, airline ticketing, and hotel accommodations for corporate and individual clients.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand travel and visa services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, embassies, airlines, and hospitality providers.
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations and travel policies.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with travel service providers to optimize costs and improve service quality.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of travel-related issues.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and train a team to ensure high service standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in travel management, visa processing, or corporate travel services.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of expanding service portfolios.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle travel-related issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing corporate accounts and high-volume travel operations.
- Familiarity with global travel trends and emerging markets.
- Certification in travel management or a related field is a plus.
