HR Associate
About the role
As an HR Associate at P & B Valises et Compagnie, Inc.', you will play a vital role in supporting the company's human resources operations. This is a full-time position based in San Fernando Pampanga. You will be responsible for a range of HR activities, from employee onboarding to benefits administration, ensuring the smooth running of the company's HR function.
What you'll be doing
- Facilitate with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and updates HR databases
- Administering employee benefits and leave management
- Providing HR support and guidance to employees
- Collaborating with the P&B team to implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Handle HR-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR software and databases
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about providing excellent HR support to employees
