About the role

Taft Property Venture Development Corp.' is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Titling Staff to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Titling Staff, you will play a crucial role in the administrative operations of our organisation, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of property titles and related documentation.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing property title documents, including deeds, mortgages, and other related paperwork
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all property title information
• Collaborating with legal and real estate professionals to ensure timely and compliant title processing
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any title-related issues
• Assisting with the coordination of title searches, title insurance, and other title-related activities
• Staying up-to-date with changes in property title laws and regulations, and implementing necessary process improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a titling or administrative assistant role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of property title laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
