Expert, Paper Production
Job Description:
- Operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe working environment, from pulp processing to finishing, and may include tasks like sample collection, data recording, and equipment maintenance
- Analyze every abnormal production cost and efficiency machine, responsible to make preventive and corrective action (Improvement)Coordination with all parties (Engineering Maintenance, Marketing, PPIC, Quality, and also Supply Chain to ensure all process according to target. Responsible to regulate the course of production (Scheduling make Product)
- Troubleshooting abnormal condition for paper process, Responsible to adjust parameter, make strategy of improvement.
- Blending Chemical to make goods Product and Cost of Consumption.
- Financial Budgeting - Able to analyze data of consumption to efficiency Cost of Production (Can make improvement action and strategy).
- Responsible to organize employee/team member (Scheduling, Planning and working placement)
- Educate people with skills and knowledge to make good products.
- KEIZEN - Implement 6R6S in His area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related studies
- Have at least 10 years experiences in paper making process or Pulp & Paper industry
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
