Qualifications:

1. Must be knowledgeable of two or more of the following job description below

2. Must have two years’ experience as MST or related field for this position

3. Must possess at least vocational or short courses certificate 

4. Can work with minimum supervision

5. Willing to render overtime

6. Willing to be assign any part of Metro Manila

7. Willing to Handle 2 or more site

8. Can rescue 24/7 for site emergency 

9. Honest and trustworthy

Job Description:

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in technical tasks. 

• Masonry: Plastering, bricklaying, tiling, excavation and drilling

• Plumbing: Welding, Repairs of sanitary pipes, grease traps and wastewater pipes

• Electrical: Create, maintain and repair electrical components and equipment

• Mechanical: Check equipment and operating systems. Ensure mechanical operations, standards 

and controls are maintained

• Painting: Apply paint, retouch and finishes to walls, ceilings, etc. using brushes, spray gun and 

rollers
