Brand Manager (for FMCG, Food & Beverages)

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our FMCG client as a Brand Manager for their Ice Cream brand portfolio. Working in this full-time, office-based role in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share for their diverse range of consumer products.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement
• Conducting market research to identify consumer insights and trends that inform brand positioning and strategy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand content and collateral
• Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to optimize marketing activities
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the expansion of the brand portfolio
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in brand management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG, food or beverage industries
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective brand strategies that drive growth
• Excellent marketing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and collateral
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision making
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
