Front Desk Officer / Concierge / Receptionist - Makati
We are looking for customer-centric and motivated Front Desk Officers who have exceptional customer service skills and are passionate about providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued clients. As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate and address client needs and concerns proactively, striving to exceed their expectations and create memorable experiences.
Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
Handle clients’ inquiries / concerns and daily schedules of the center
Process payments, handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with other team members, including Therapists, to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing client records, to support the overall efficiency of the business.
Qualifications:
- Must be a 4-year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism or its equivalent.
- With at least one (1) year related experience as a FRONTLINER IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY, a definite advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with booking software, Microsoft Office, and basic administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
