Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Infinx Health Philippines, a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, as a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative. In this full-time, office-based role located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in Spain and Latin America.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming customer calls and queries in Spanish, providing professional and efficient assistance
  • Should also open to handle English calls if needed. 
  • Accurately document and track customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Suggest process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of the customer experience
  • Maintain a positive, helpful and courteous attitude at all times

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
