Construction Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Contracts Manager with 10 to 15 years of proven expertise in managing and administering construction contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management (preferably FIDIC), contract negotiation, and risk mitigation. This role requires 
a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities 
1. Contract administration 
        Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to closeout. 
        Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal 
        and company standards. 
        Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues promptly

2. Project Coordination 
        Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure 
        seamless execution of construction projects. 
        Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

3. Risk Management 
       Work closely with project control teams and other teams in the organization to 
       ensure contracts align with regulatory requirements. 
       Identify potential risks and challenges in contracts and develop strategies to mitigate 
       them.

4. Cost Control 
       Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities. 

       Provide recommendations for optimizing project costs without compromising quality

5. Communication 
       Facilitate effective communication between project teams, contractors, and clients.  

       Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders. 

Requirement/Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,  
    or a related field

Expertise/ Skill

- Minimum of 15 years experiences  in construction contract management 
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and administration. 
- Strong understanding of construction industry regulations and standards. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
- Certifications in contract management or project management are a plus.
