Marketing Communication Manager for FLIX Cinema

About the role

Agung Sedayu Realestat Indonesia (ASRI) is a subsidiary of the Agung Sedayu Group specialized in providing vibrant spaces with a distinctive shopping experience, residences and office tower in one ecosystem area, is seeking a talented Marketing Communication Manager to join their dynamic team and lead the marketing communication efforts for FLIX Cinema. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity and driving its success in the competitive cinema industry.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing communication plans to promote FLIX Cinema brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive ticket sales
• Creating compelling content across various channels, including social media, website, advertising, and promotional materials
• Coordinating and managing all marketing communication activities, events, and collaborations to align with the brand's objectives
• Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to continuously optimise marketing strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure seamless communication and brand alignment
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communication initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the entertainment or retail industry
• Strong understanding of the cinema industry, consumer behaviour, and effective marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing communication campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, with the ability to measure and optimise campaign performance
• Having an understanding of and a passion for movie and cinema industry
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
