Marketing Head

About the role

As the Marketing Head at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
• Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing materials, including advertisements, website content, and social media campaigns
• Analyse market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of all marketing initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and explore new ways to enhance the company's marketing efforts

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in the use of marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
