Maintenance Officer

We’re Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
Golden Roast Chicken Inc. – Mandaue City
Salary Range: ₱20,000 and up (based on experience)

Golden Roast Chicken Inc., a fast-growing and dynamic food brand, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee the repair, safety, and upkeep of all store equipment, facilities, and utilities.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Supervise daily maintenance operations and lead the maintenance crew
✔ Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime
✔ Ensure all equipment, utilities, and facilities are in top working condition
✔ Monitor repair needs and coordinate with contractors as needed
✔ Manage maintenance budget, inventory, and cost controls
✔ Support branch openings, store setups, and marketing installations
✔ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role (F&B or retail preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment
• Experience in cost control, safety standards, and preventive maintenance systems
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
