Join Tech Mahindra's UK Telco Account as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Service Representative -provide world-class support to customers! Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account management.
Provide solutions to customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Offer guidance on product features and updates, ensuring customers maximize their usage.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and improve service delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
Qualifications:
Preferably at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications or BPO setting.
No experience is welcome to apply.
At least a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond with empathy.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and telecommunications services.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with telecommunications systems is an advantage but not required.
