Junior Accounting Consultant (Bali based)

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance – Prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Client Advisory – Provide accounting advisory, support financial analysis, and assist in system implementation
• Regulatory & Documentation – Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with deadlines, and maintain proper records
• Software & Technology – Utilize accounting and tax software for reporting, bookkeeping, and process automation
• Team Collaboration & Supervision – Collaborate with senior consultants, and support internal projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in taxation and accounting field, preferably with a consulting firm
• Preferred candidates are those residing in Bali and willing to be placed at the MRI Bali office
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure with diverse individuals and organizations
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage subordinates, and take the initiative
