The opportunity

VI Hub Services Inc. is seeking a talented Salesforce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our Salesforce solutions and services. As a Salesforce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
  • Conducting client meetings to understand their business needs and requirements, and proposing tailored Salesforce solutions
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring optimal pricing and profitability
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborating with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends, features, and industry best practices
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce sales, with a proven track record of successfully selling Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor the message to different stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and industry best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and close deals
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
