Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Accounts payable and receivable: Process incoming and outgoing invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with payroll: Support payroll processing by gathering necessary data and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Prepare financial reports: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • General support: Perform other administrative and accounting-related duties as required by senior accounting staff or management.
