Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager develops and implements various marketing campaigns and programs in
alignment with the overall bank's strategic objectives and bank business units’ objectives. She handles the planning, management, and execution of all marketing initiatives and the day-to-day marketing functions of the bank to strengthen the BanKo brand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND MANAGEMENT:
- Overall brand and marketing management of BanKo, strict alignment with Branding Guidelines
- Implements marketing activities to ensure proper brand visibility
- Management of Media Buying / Media Placement
- Monitors regulatory & compliance requirements
- In-charge of spearheading meetings with partner agencies for marketing campaigns
- Present as BanKo representative, then give update to marketing head (and BanKo leaders, if necessary)
- Coordinates/ works with other cross functional groups for marketing support
- Ad and Promo conceptualization to support business unit requirements including design, copywriting, regulatory approvals and media placements
- Effectively communicate key messages to various audiences while maintaining the brand's voice and tone.
- Collect, monitor, strategize ways of managing the Bank’s the NPS and CSAT surveys
- Research and writing of award nominations for local and global award-giving bodies
- Manage Branch facade and in-branch look – align with BanKo branding guidelines
- Assists in A&P Budget management, led by Marketing head
- Manages creative specialist for direction on marketing materials requested
- Fieldwork
o Regular participation in brand immersions led by other departments
o Goes on fieldwork as a “mystery shopper” as needed/ requested by immediate head
PR and EVENTS MANAGEMENT:
- Handles event coordination and perform tasks such as finding and booking venues, liaising with clients and suppliers, handling logistics, managing budgets and invoicing, organizing accreditation, managing risk and presenting post-event reports.
- Coordinates with internal PR
o Press Release (internal and external) -- Requests, reviews, and approves

o Media guesting of BanKo leaders
▪ Coordination between internal PR and BanKo leader
▪ Review of interview questions
▪ Post interview review - Event Management & Coordination – external & internal events
o Manages regular updates and conceptualization of event
o Monitors of budget usage
o Provides post-event assessment
▪ Coordination with agency or internal team on post mortem reviews, as requested
- REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
• Reports directly to the Marketing Group Head.
• Supervises a team composed of 2 staff
