IT Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, security, and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance system security.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to optimize infrastructure performance.

    Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum [X] years in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Networking: Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
Security & Compliance: Familiarity with IT security frameworks and best practices.
Certifications: ITIL, CCNA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
