Business Development Manager (IT Staff Augmentation/Placement)
We are looking for business development or sales professionals who can do B2B sales, lead generation, social selling, sourcingheadhunting and brand marketing. The BDM is responsible for getting more clients for our Recruitment Services.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients in the local market and initiating first contact.
- Conducting phone calls, correspondence, and meetings with potential clients
- Recognition of client's needs and advice on the proposed solutions
- Preparation of contracts, offers, and commercial presentations.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
- Implementation of sales plans.
- Ownership and responsibility of Sales of IT contracting, IT Outsourcing (IT staff augmentation/team extension, Placement Services, Managed Services).
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
Qualifications And Experience
- Graduates in Marketing, Communications, or related.
- 4-5 years of related experience in B2B Sales or 3+ years in Account Management / Business Development
- Must have experience in IT contracting, IT Outsourcing (IT staff augmentation/team extension, Placement Services, Managed Services).
- Customer service, relationship management, and account management skills (both talents and clients)
- Has a good online presence (social media)
- Experience with various communication platforms – MS Teams, Zoom
- Good research skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good business writing skills
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Can clearly present information.
- Able to articulate thoughts and opinions well.
- Can handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Hybrid work set-up (2 days onsite/ 3 days WFH) (Makati office)
- Working Schedule: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday)
