STORE MANAGER
About the role
As a Store Manager at Westfair Marketing, Inc.', you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Santiago City Isabela. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in driving the success and growth of our business. You will be accountable for all aspects of store performance, from staff management to customer service and financial targets.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive in-store experience
- Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement strategic initiatives
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
- Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in financial management and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
