Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; define project scope and objectives.
Design and Development: Collaborate with the design team to create and refine project specifications and designs.
Technical Oversight: Ensure engineering designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with various teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to facilitate project execution.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress and performance; prepare regular reports for stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem-Solving: Address any technical issues that arise during the project, providing timely solutions.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in BS Civil Engineering with PRC License
Years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
