Panadero Bakeshop is expanding! We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Site Locator to join our dynamic team. The Site Locator will play a key role in identifying and securing strategic locations to support the continued growth of our beloved bakeshop chain.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for new stores
-Perform site visits to evaluate accessibility, foot traffic, and local competition
-Assess site suitability based on demographic data and market trends
-Negotiate lease terms with property owners and brokers
-Prepare and present site evaluation reports to management
-Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and company guidelines

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in real estate, site selection, or market research
-Familiarity with geographic and demographic analysis tools
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Ability to travel extensively for site visits
-Highly organized with keen attention to detail
