Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Experience Required)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in Prior-authorization, insurance verification and appointment scheduling. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with healthcare experience to join our team, who is willing to work in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, patients, and healthcare professionals via phone and email.
  • Handle inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance claims, appointment scheduling, and medical information.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve any patient concerns and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Assist with patient inquiries about billing, insurance coverage, and treatment options.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company’s services, policies, and healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with healthcare systems, insurance processes, and appointment scheduling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, empathetic, and patient-focused.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and healthcare-related software.
  • Willingness to work in the office at General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a healthcare call center or medical office.
