As we expand our team, we are seeking a passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Co-Pilot Expert/Trainer to join our team to streamline our operations in Canada.  

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central professional with a strong background in implementation, customization, and training. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in Microsoft Co-Pilot, helping businesses optimize their use of AI-driven automation and insights. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, assisting with system implementation, and providing ongoing support to clients and internal teams.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Co-Pilot, tailored to various skill levels.
• Assist in the implementation and customization of Business Central to meet client needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance for users.
• Stay up to date with new features and updates in Business Central and Co-Pilot, ensuring training materials are current.
• Create user manuals, video tutorials, and other educational content.
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide expert solutions.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system integration and workflow automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation, training, and support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Co-Pilot and its applications in business processes.
• Experience in ERP system training and end-user education.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, or other Microsoft business applications is a plus.
