Rate: $5/hr and earn 50,000 PHP+/month + commissions
Commissions:
- Commission for Recruiting Owner-Operators: For every owner-operator that signs a contract and joins the platform, the dispatcher will receive a one-time commission.
- Commission for Recruiting Drivers Who Become Dispatchers: If a dispatcher recruits a driver who later becomes a dispatcher themselves, the original dispatcher will receive a commission based on that new dispatcher’s performance (e.g., a percentage of the fees generated by the dispatcher’s activities).
- Commission for Carrier Referrals: If a dispatcher brings in a driver that decides to board with another carrier, they will still receive a commission from the carrier for successfully generating new leads.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Lead Utilization & Recruitment: Engage with pre-qualified owner-operator leads, explain service benefits, and close contracts.
- Carrier & Driver Onboarding: Guide new owner-operators through onboarding, address concerns, and facilitate paperwork.
- Recruiting Dispatchers: Identify and onboard drivers interested in becoming freight dispatchers, earning commissions for successful placements.
- Negotiation & Sales: Sell dispatch services, negotiate rates, and maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers.
- Pipeline & Performance Management: Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and report on recruitment activity to optimize conversions.
- Market Analysis & Compliance: Stay updated on freight rates, FMCSA/DOT regulations, and industry trends to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in U.S. freight dispatching with expertise in load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and freight broker platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCSA/DOT regulations, HOS rules, freight types, and carrier vetting.
- Carrier Network & Sales Skills: Proven ability to recruit and retain owner-operators and small fleets while negotiating competitive rates.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with dispatch software (McLeod, TruckingOffice), GPS tracking tools, and CRM systems.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Fluent English skills with the ability to build trust and close deals with carriers, brokers, and drivers.
- Organization & Problem-Solving: Capable of managing multiple tasks, handling delays, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Goal-Oriented & Commission-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong focus on performance and revenue generation.
