Position: Solutions and Engineering Head - (Manager – Assistant Vice President)
Role Overview
The Solutions and Engineering Head is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that align with business objectives. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient while ensuring Solutions Architecture matches the implementation.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong technical skills in various programming languages(Java, Nodejs, python) and its frameworks.
- In-depth experience of Agile Software Development
- Experience with software architecture design and system integration.
- Hands-on experience on working on distributed systems and microservices
- Hands-on Experience with cloud platform(AWS, and Azure)
- Experience with software architecture design and system integration.
- Experience working with Serverless is plus
- Hands on experience with deploying microservices in Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience in building application pipelines
- Hands-on experience managing software developers
- Hands-on experience in coaching and leading a team of small engineers
- Knowledge in core banking systems is a plus (Thought Machine)
