IT Managing Director (Remote - Permanent WFH)
Nityo Infotech is looking for a high-caliber IT Managing Director to spearhead our client's operations in the Philippines (Remote, Work From Home). If you have a strong strategic mindset, proven leadership in IT service delivery, and a passion for driving business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities (Director-Level Focus):
-- Company Incorporation & Compliance – Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.
-- IT Service Delivery & Operations – Oversee IT service desks, ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.
-- Strategic Business Growth – Drive IT service expansion and offshoring strategies.
-- Leadership & Team Management – Mentor high-performing IT teams and optimize workforce efficiency.
-- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and executive leadership.
-- Financial & Risk Management – Monitor financial performance and mitigate operational risks.
-- Process Optimization & Digital Transformation – Implement automation and ITSM best practices.
-- Customer-Centric Approach – Ensure superior IT service management and high customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications & Skills (Director-Level Focus):
-- Experience: 10+ years in IT operations, with 5+ years in a director-level leadership role managing multi-regional teams.
-- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
-- IT Service Management (ITSM): Expertise in ITIL, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, and IT governance frameworks.
-- Executive Leadership & Strategy: Strong business acumen, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
-- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of corporate governance, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
-- Project & Change Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
-- Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, PMP, CISM, PRINCE2.
