Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong comprehension and communication skills, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Inquiries, majority of clients in Texas, about home servicing account inquiries, billing, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and efficiently.
- Listen actively and comprehend customer concerns to provide accurate and effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide informed assistance.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service quality goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh Graduates/Undergraduates are welcome to apply
- Strong comprehension skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
