Role Overview:
This role oversees the entire pre-onboarding process for new hires, from initial document collection to their first day of work. This includes managing pre-employment requirements, issuing job offers, and handling visa processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the entire pre-onboarding process for new hires, from sending pre-employment requirements checklists to ensuring their smooth transition on their first day.
- Responsible for the complete cycle of pre-employment requirements:
- Communication and explanation of requirements
- Collection and follow-up on documents, certificates, clearances, IDs, government-issued numbers, medical results, background checks, exams, and other licensing needs.
- Verification and compliance monitoring.
- Meticulous record-keeping.
- Issuance of Job Offers and Employment Contracts.
- Oversees the creation of new company IDs and manages replacements.
- Handles visa processing.
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end Onboarding of New Hires.
- Preferably with experience in administration, handling 201 files and pre-employments, and visa processing.
- With good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word)
