Brand General Manager (Innisfree & Etude)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Brand General Manager (BGM) is responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the brands (ETUDE & Innisfree) to ensure sustainable growth. This leadership role requires a strategic and innovative approach to drive brand performance, enhance brand equity, and align all brand activities with the company's overall business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Brand Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to inform strategic decision.
- Ensure brand positioning and messaging align with the company's vision and values.
- Brand Development and Planning:
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
- Manage the brand portfolio, including product lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.
- Financial Management/ Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
- Develop and manage the overall P&L for the brand, including revenue planning, expense management, and profitability analysis.
- Track and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with financial regulations.
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Stock Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Analyze and forecast demand to align supply chain activities with market needs.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain operations.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand management team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Consumer and Market Insights:
- Continuously gather and analyze consumer feedback, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
- Use insights to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
- Proactively address market challenges and emerging trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Having working experiences in Beauty/Cosmetic Industries in the Managerial position at least 5 years
- Experience in Brand Management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in English both Oral and Written (Is a Must)

- Experience in the cosmetic industry.
- Well expertise of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Strategies, Multi brand store (ex: Sociolla, Sephora, etc)
- Proven ability to manage P&L for a brand.
