Recruitment Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment
team to meet the staffing requirements of the organization. This role ensures the
recruitment process is effective, timely and compliant with applicable laws and company
policies. The supervisor will oversee candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
activities while providing guidance and support to the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
● Any Bachelor’s Degree.
● 3 years of experience in full cycle of Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in BPO industry).
● Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, HR laws, and best practices especially in sourcing and profiling quality candidates.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. ● Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and google suites.
