₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer to oversee and ensure the well-being of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) deployed under our agency. The Welfare Officer will be responsible for addressing workers' concerns, monitoring their employment conditions, and providing support in accordance with DMW regulations and best practices in ethical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the welfare and working conditions of deployed OFWs.
- Provide support in cases of grievances, disputes, or emergencies.
- Conduct regular communication and welfare checks with deployed workers.
- Coordinate with employers, government agencies, and Philippine embassies/labor attachés regarding worker concerns.
- Assist in resolving employment-related issues, including contract violations or workplace conflicts.
- Maintain and update welfare-related reports and documentation as required by DMW.
- Organize orientation programs to educate OFWs on their rights, responsibilities, and support channels.
- Ensure compliance with ethical recruitment policies and labor laws in host countries.
- Provide repatriation assistance when necessary.
