Financial Planning Associate

 ***WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIAN FINANCIAL PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION****

 

THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE - CEBU IT PARK

As a Financial Planning Assistant, you'll blend traditional administrative duties with the critical task of preparing insurance premium quotes and estimates. Your primary goal will be to provide clients with top-notch service through meticulous attention to detail, timely task execution, and proactive management of client needs.
 

Main duties include:   

  • Initial advice and Review process - manages end to end advice process
  • Client Experience - works as the client's main point of contact throughout the advice process. Will be the client's concierge who will guide them through the process and provide support/ 
  • Adviser support - assist adviser with email and calendar management 
  • Documentation of process - will join the team in documenting processes and improving on them 
  • Manage Fixed Term arrangements - schedule reviews, set up fees and ensure services are met within term period. 
  • Adhoc tasks - assists with general enquiries from clients over the phone or via email. 
  • CRM & file storage management - ensure data integrity 

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of experience working for an Australian financial advice firm
  • Must live within metro cebu - furthest from Consolacion, Mandaue and Talisay (no Mactan) 
  • Technical/number driven background/education
  • Excellent Client Communication & Service - over the phone and email. We will assess this. 
  • Extensive Insurance implementation end-to-end - preparation & review implementation documents, application submission, underwriting liasing, until policy is put into force. Must have experience applying with at least one of our main providers: TAL, NEOS, AIA or Zurich. 
  • Superannuation & Pension implementation end-to-end -  preparation & review implementation documents, application submission, investing of funds, managing roll-overs. Must have experience with wrap accounts - Macquarie, Hub24 and NetWealth. 
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements
  • Experience using workflow or task management tools 
  • Responsible and own outcomes
  • Mature and level headed 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Strong work ethic and efficiency
  • Curious and has a growth mindset - seeks to understand and asks questions 
  • Genuine care and empathy towards clients and work. 

 

About the Recruiting Process:

  • Must be ok with using TimeDoctor (non negotiable)
  • Willing to take a series of assessments - we make sure you possess the basic skills we need for the role!
  • Character reference will be required
  • Candidate must have an internet connection of at least 50Mbps during the interview process

Perks:

  • Salary starts at 50,000-60,000 but can go higher depending on your experience!
  • Work ONSITE with a newly constructed office (January 2025)  located in Cebu IT Park
