JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Graduate of any Technical or IT-related courses (such as BS Computer Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Computer Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology)
• At least 1 year work experience in a similar field in a BPO setting
• Strong knowledge in application and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in development with focus in programming
• Experience with software engineering practices and concepts, including software design, coding, testing and debugging
• Knowledge of system and performance monitoring tools and techniques
• Knowledge in SQL, ASP.NET framework, SaaS support and database technologies
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional points if with background in AI Programming (not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first and second-line support to our customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our software applications.
- Collaborate with the Applications Development team to analyze and resolve complex software issues and implement new features and functionality.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
- Manage the ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions are kept up to date.
- Provide assistance on scheduled system integrations.
- Create and maintain user accounts, security settings, and permissions for software applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation of procedures, policies and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Delivering regular and customized training to various teams within the business regarding software functionality and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the current industry trends and developments in application support and software engineering by attending seminars/trainings/certification courses.
- Ensures the timely and effective delivery of technical and network services and support to the IT Group in compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined with all internal and external customers.
- Exerts all efforts, exhausting various possibilities to provide internal and external clients the service they require within the agreed guidelines and standards.

- Coordinates the delivery of required services or solutions by a team of Technical Specialists or Administrators.
- Coordinates closely with other division/department heads to ensure efficient and effective implementation of all administrative and technical services
- Coordinates with superiors and colleagues regarding daily applications support group activities (both routine and non-routine) for proper endorsement and completion of tasks and work orders.
- Coordinates with Vendor and Service provider for purchase and after-sales consultation on softwares or applications.
- Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Update issue trackers and escalation matrices and gather pertinent data.
- Prepares, corresponds and generates reports for internal and or external clients in a timely manner.
- Speaks of ideas clearly and articulately in all presentation and situation may it be for internal or external clients; ensures that the point or idea is well expressed and understood.
- Corresponds with and generates reports for the group with all regard for style and language.
- Develops and establishes S.M.A.R.T goals, objectives, and specifc procedures, partnering with immediate superior and other leaders.
- Manages priorities by providing clear objectives and milestones required to achieve them.
- Promote a healthy sense of urgency in achieving objectives and goals.
- Monitors and ensures that target metrics, assignments and productivity are met.
