Business Process Officer
Job Summary
A Business Process Officer (BPO) evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes. A BPS ensures that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals.
They collaborate across all departments (internal and external partners) to help improve the management of a business process. A BPO focuses on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
Key Functions
ISO Champion: Update and manage the department’s ISO documents.
Business Analytics:
- Generate/collate data for business impact analysis and recommendations
- Provide data reports and interpretations needed by the Department Head
Process Improvement:
- Review and assist in documenting procedures for improvement, resolution, and/or case analysis.
Supervisory: Supervise/Manage Business Process Analysts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Holder from BS Management, Data Infrastructure/ Computer Science
- Experience: Data analysis and interpretation, Customer Relations, ISO knowledge, Risk Management exposure
- Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Process Mapping/ Improvement Methodologies
