About Us We are a pioneering foreign-owned rural bank leveraging technology to transform financial services for street merchants. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our expansion in Bandung and Jakarta.
Role Overview As Head of Sales, you will be a core team member responsible for building and leading sales teams focused on delivering financial products to street merchants through our innovative offline-to-online approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop sales teams across Bandung and Jakarta locations
- Drive loan and deposit product sales to street merchant segments
- Implement offline-to-online sales strategies
- Contribute to overall business strategy as a core team member
- Work directly with company co-founders
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably in: Warung technology sector Digital payment services Banking Digital services sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience at least 5 years of financial technology
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
