Sales & Design Executive

JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible in meeting monthly sales target set by the company, generating sales pipeline on a monthly
basis and conducting site visit, showroom duties and client meetings. Also responsible in creating proposals and
quotations based on client requirements. Also expected to actively promote company products either through cold
calling, networking, and social media saturation. Shall also be handling after sales concerns.


SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Research client prospect and generate leads.
  • Contact potential clients and check on existing clients for possible additional engagement.
  • Close a deal based on the target sales quota.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints.
  • Discuss with clients and determine their needs and preferences in regard to style and function.
  • Create and prepare needed sales documentations such as but not limited to: proposals, quotations, plans and/or
    drawings.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Meet with clients to discuss design concepts, materials, finishes, and other details of the project.
  • Coordinate and build relationships with ID and clients.
  • Recommend final project quotation amount.
  • Check on Clients for after sales feedback and share with the internal team.
  • Secure client feedback on product output and share with the internal team.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Perform other work assigned by the Sales Manager/Company Executive.
  • Follows to follow the standard process flow of the department.
