Commercial Planning Manager
Trade Marketing & Commercial Strategy
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Ensure On-Shelf Availability (OSA), Must-Stock List (MSL), and trade promotions are optimized for sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance to drive commercial initiatives.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to create data-driven strategies.
- Utilize advanced Excel and other analytics tools to generate insightful reports.
- Identify key business opportunities and performance gaps through deep data analysis.
Demand & Supply Forecasting
- Lead forecasting and demand planning efforts to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Work closely with supply chain and sales teams to minimize out-of-stocks and excess inventory.
- Predict market fluctuations and ensure data-backed decision-making.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs for trade marketing performance and promotional effectiveness.
- Present reports and strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain real-time sales and market performance dashboards.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Trade Marketing experience in FMCG, with strong commercial planning expertise.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive business growth.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of OSA, MSL, Sell-in/Sell-out, KPIs, and FMCG trade execution.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
