Lead, Sales Management
Job Purpose
- Responsible for planning, conceptualizing, developing, implementing, managing & monitoring Sales Programs.
- Identifying new markets and providing recommendations on acquiring new accounts in accordance with the company’s thrust of building and acquiring new & quality card base
- Recommends strategies in acquiring new accounts with low acquisition cost.
- Oversees activities such as inquiries, commission pay out and handling of service issues of the entire program.
- Develops, recommends for approval and implements promotional program. To accelerate inflows and increase bookings
- Reviews and evaluates performances of the implemented sales programs to identify system errors, procedural errors and problem incidents to prevent recurrence of sales programs improvement
Job Requirements
- College graduate of a business course or business related course
- 3 to 5 years working experience with at least 2-3 years experience in sales and account management
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- With strong presentation skills
