Our client is a well established I.T. retailer and photography automation solution provider. Their core business specializes in high-end gaming and business PC hardware, components, peripherals, software and accessories. They also have teams offering end-to-end ecommerce solutions including product photography automation solutions, graphic design, and website creation.

We're searching for a dynamic Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to lead our growth strategy into new heights for the Automation Solutions and Services Division! Join us in promoting innovative products and services for a thriving client base. Your role will involve identifying and converting potential clients while leveraging market insights to maximize impact.
  
What You’ll Do
Sales:

  • Product Presentation: Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential buyers. Either remotely or face-to-face communication
  • Inquiries Handling: Answering questions and discussing product specifications.
  • Customer Engagement: Reaching out to leads through cold calls or correspondence, while building customer rapport.
  • Payment Processing: Facilitating payments for purchases, and related processes throughout sales pipeline.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly handling customer concerns and resolving issues. Technical support.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyzing trends and forecasting sales and strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Assessing the territory or market potential.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments. To assist in creating and updating documentation on sales process and standards.
  • Sales Report: Preparation of sales dashboard and reporting with Sales and CRM tools effectively to internal teams

  
Lead Generation:

  • Prospect leads through relevant channels. Mainly through Exposition, Tradeshows, Marketplace, Social Media.
  • Qualify leads based on levels of interest and update in CRM tool.
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns with marketing and sales.
  • Qualify leads and generate appointments for product demonstrations.
  • Research prospective customers to identify lead channels.
  • Create and curate content for inbound lead channels.
  • Initiate cold calls, emails, EDMs and other outbound communications.
  • Manage leads in the sales pipeline and organize lead data using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales development managers to implement sales strategies.

  
Skills You Need to be the best in this role

  • Preferably has at least 1 year related experience.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, internal or external sales, and cold calling, preferably within the business-to-business (B2B) industry, focusing on providing solutions and building rapport with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot, Monday, Zoho, Agile, or similar, to effectively manage and track customer interactions and sales processes
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applications. Very comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and attention to details
  • An understanding of Photography, Graphic Design, Tools and Computer Aided Machine with AI is an added advantage. Not mandatory.
  • Business acumen, effective sales management, and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently across organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Proven team player with a collaborative approach to achieving team goals, whether on-site or remotely.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently with integrity and minimal supervision.
  • Can work on site - BGC Taguig (Morning Shift)
