Executive Assistant / Business Support Officer (Onsite | Kawit Cavite)
Overview
The Business Support Officer will be responsible to support teams that requires assistance in providing administrative and project support, to overall, help ensure that resources are used efficiently, and projects are executed successfully. A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic will be the ideal candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to review reports, pick up possible errors, anomalies, issues
- Follow Up dept leaders and ensure tasks and deliverables are being met and on time
- Assist with running the business operations ie chasing reports, project timelines/workflows, completion
- Undertaking action items to assist director
- Pre-empting business and work requirements to assist his manager operate more efficiently
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or any related course
· At least 4 years of relevant work experience
· Exposure to banking or lending practices
· Must have analytical and organizational skills
· High attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent experience in utilizing MS Office
