JOB ROLE:
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
