Technical Documents Controller - Mandaluyong
Job Summary:
The Lead Technical Records Custodian manages and organize technical documents like blueprints and reports essential for project planning and execution. He/She works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible. Responsibilities will include maintaining a centralized repository of electronic and hard copy documents, collaborating with various departments and implementing best practices for document control.
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Library and Information Science, Record Management or related field
- With at least 4-years diversified work experience in related field
- With Document Control Software Training certifications is an advantage
