HR Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including developing job descriptions, posting in various job platforms, screening resumes, scheduling face-to-face interviews, endorsing candidates to managers and training, and facilitating contract signing.
  • Handle new hire documentation and ensure completion of requirements.
  • Maintain an updated master list of newly hired employees.
  • Monitor and record employee biometrics (time in and out), including tardiness, overtime, and undertime, and submit reports to the payroll department.
  • Monitors and updates leave credits of employees and submit to payroll department for the payroll payout.
  • Prepares tardiness reports. Also prepares the memo to explain for employees who were habitually tardy. 
  • Prepare certificates of employment and other employee-related documents as requested.
  • Process and monitor exit clearances of resigned employees and coordinate with payroll for final pay computation.
  • Issue company identification cards to newly hired employees.
