HR Assistant
₱17,000 – ₱19,000 per month
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), Business Administration, or any related field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including developing job descriptions, posting in various job platforms, screening resumes, scheduling face-to-face interviews, endorsing candidates to managers and training, and facilitating contract signing.
- Handle new hire documentation and ensure completion of requirements.
- Maintain an updated master list of newly hired employees.
- Monitor and record employee biometrics (time in and out), including tardiness, overtime, and undertime, and submit reports to the payroll department.
- Monitors and updates leave credits of employees and submit to payroll department for the payroll payout.
- Prepares tardiness reports. Also prepares the memo to explain for employees who were habitually tardy.
- Prepare certificates of employment and other employee-related documents as requested.
- Process and monitor exit clearances of resigned employees and coordinate with payroll for final pay computation.
- Issue company identification cards to newly hired employees.
