Our Retail Banking Group team is looking for experienced sales professionals to join us in Makati, Quezon City, and Rizal with the role of Area Sales Director.
In this role you will be taking charge of leading and managing sales efforts within a specific area or region. Your pivotal role extends to developing and executing effective sales strategies, closely monitoring performance metrics, and providing comprehensive support to our Sales Associates and Officers to ensure overall success.

What the role will entail
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including identifying new business opportunities and analyzing market trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing support, guidance, and training to the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and monitor sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring daily activities are executed properly and targets are met.
- Coach, mentor, and train sales team members, while also being responsible for hiring and training new personnel.
What we’re looking for
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- At least five (5) years’ experience in the Banking industry, preferably in the area of Retail Banking, and with proven experience as a Branch Manager or in similar sales leadership role
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and successfully managing sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques and best practices, and the ability to adapt them to different markets and customer segments
- Excellent communicator and collaborates well with managers/ supervisors to effect change
