Customer Service Representative (CSR)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attending to the outward remittances
  • To liaise with banks to resolve remittance issues
  • To provide branch support in terms customer service and other related matters
  • To handle customer complaints and follow-up
  • To process transaction amendments, cancellations and refunds
  • To prepare reports as required
  • To log, email and monitor all invalid and pending reports sent to corridors and service provider
  • Ensuring strict compliance related to KYC/AML/CFT
  • Follow all standard operational policies and procedures of the Company
  • Complete all additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Authority from time to time

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least Bachelor's/College Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service
  • Good command of English language in written and verbal communication. Fluency in Tagalog and other local language is preferred. Knowledge in other foreign language is advantage.
  • Experience in remittance company advantage
  • Good customer service skills, mathematical skills, decision making and problem solving
  • Can work from Monday to Saturday
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC Taguig
